2. Terms and Conditions of Service

2.1 Seller Identification and Acceptance

For all transactional and legal purposes, the seller is Vita Plus Nutrition 1152208262, a company subject to Colombian laws, with its main domicile in the city of Medellín, Colombia (hereinafter, "Vita Plus Nutrition" or "the Site").

Transactions made through www.vitaplusnutrition.com are governed by these Terms and Conditions and, in particular, by the Colombian provisions applicable to distance sales, especially Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute). By making a transaction or browsing the Site, the user declares to know and accept these Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of this document, "Clients" will refer to both visitors to the Site and potential and actual buyers.

2.2 Registration and Personal Data Processing

Registration on the Site may be necessary to make purchases. When registering, you must provide truthful and current information (name, identification number, address, telephone, email). This information will be processed in accordance with Vita Plus Nutrition's Personal Data Processing Policy, prepared in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees (Habeas Data), which must be published as a separate document and visibly linked on the Site.

Vita Plus Nutrition reserves the right to request additional information to verify the Client's identity, as well as to not process or cancel orders when there are reasonable doubts about the veracity of the data provided, without this generating a right to compensation in favor of the Client.

2.3 Promotions, Coupons and Commercial Communications

• By registering, the Client authorizes Vita Plus Nutrition to send promotions to the registered email address. The Client may at any time request to stop receiving these communications by writing to vitaplusnutritionoficial@gmail.com.
• Discount coupons, unless otherwise indicated, are not cumulative with other promotions, are for single use per client, and can only be used by people over 18 years of age.
• Promotions will have the validity communicated to the user; if not indicated, they will be understood to be valid until stock runs out.

2.4 Products, Prices and Availability

• The essential characteristics of each product correspond to those described and displayed on the Site; minor variations in presentation, color or packaging may occur with respect to the reference images.
• Published prices include applicable taxes (VAT) and additional costs informed before completing the purchase.
• If, between the selection of the product and the confirmation of payment by the financial entity, the product runs out, Vita Plus Nutrition may cancel the transaction and refund the value paid, notifying the Client within 2 business days following the purchase, without this generating additional liability or right to compensation.

2.5 Payment Methods and Payment Reversal

Payments are processed through gateways such as Mercado Pago, Wompi, ADDI, PSE, debit/credit cards and, when available, cash on delivery. Payment reversal will proceed in the cases provided for by Decree 587 of 2016 (fraudulent operation, undelivered product or product that does not correspond to what was requested).

2.6 Shipments

Vita Plus Nutrition makes national shipments through logistics partners. The delivery times reported on the Site are estimated and may vary depending on the destination city and the availability of the carrier. Specific details of coverage, costs and delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy published on the Site.

2.7 Consumer Service and Surveillance Authority

For any request, complaint, claim, suggestion or exercise of the rights described in this document (PQRS), the Client can communicate through the channels indicated in section 3. If Vita Plus Nutrition's response is not satisfactory, the Client can go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), consumer protection authority in Colombia, through www.sic.gov.co.

2.8 Applicable Law and Modifications

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Vita Plus Nutrition may update this document to reflect regulatory or operational changes, indicating the date of the last update at the top of the document.
